Annual Charity

Join Us for our 4th Annual
Charity Golf Event
on October 8, 2024, at the
picturesque Crystal Springs Resort.

We are thrilled to invite you to the 4th Annual Golf Event on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at the beautiful Crystal Springs Golf Resort. This event offers more than just a day on the greens—it's an opportunity to support Wynona's House Child Advocacy Center and our essential work for child victims of abuse in Essex County.

This year is particularly special as we celebrate our 25th Anniversary. Over the years, we have supported more than 12,896 child victims and assisted 23,598 family members—serving over 36,494 individuals. Your involvement is crucial to our mission of preventing abuse and providing critical healing, therapeutic, and justice services to those who have experienced it.

Exciting News for Non-Golfers! Due to popular demand, we’ve expanded our sponsorship opportunities to include exclusive Non-Golfer Packages. We’re excited to offer non-golfing family members, friends, and colleagues the chance to join in the fun. Whether you're a golfer or prefer other leisure activities, there’s something for everyone!

Non-Golfer Packages: Your day at the resort can now include an afternoon filled with engaging activities like Afternoon Lawn Games followed by pre-dinner:

* Paint & Sip Activity: Unleash your creativity while enjoying a glass of wine.
* Exclusive Wine Cellar Tour & Tasting: Explore a world-class wine cellar with over 400,000 bottles and indulge in a guided tasting.

Alternatively, break-out on your own and enjoy luxury spa treatments or lunch at the resort while your golfer enjoys the greens!

Sponsorship Opportunities: We offer a range of sponsorships that allow you to send your corporate team to golf or enjoy the resort packages—perfect for team building and networking. Sponsorships also provide recognition and brand visibility for your organization while supporting a worthy cause.

Evening Fundraiser: All guests are invited to an evening of cocktails, dinner, and fundraising. The night will feature golf contests, raffles, auctions, and opportunities to connect with others who share our mission.

Get Involved: Whether you join us on the course or opt for a day of leisure, your participation makes a difference. Individual tickets are available for the golf event, resort packages, or just the fundraising dinner, with all proceeds supporting the children & families served by Wynona’s House.

Our families rely on us, and we rely on you. Please join us for a day of golf, resort activities, fellowship, and impact.

Together, we can build a community where all children are safe, families are strong, and victims can experience the joy of being children again!

About Wynona's House

Twenty-five years ago, the Senator Wynona Lipman Child Advocacy Center (known as Wynona’s House) was founded in Newark, New Jersey. We are a 501(c)3 not for profit organization that facilitates a public/private best-practice collaboration for community-based response to child maltreatment.

Wynona’s House is the designated Child Advocacy Center for Essex County. Our mission is to promote justice and healing for child victims of sexual and physical abuse by coordinating investigations, treatment, and prevention services. In 2023, we provided comprehensive services to more than 910 new child victims and their families in Essex County, offering forensic interviews, medical exams, mental health evaluations and treatments, case management, and family support. Additionally, we continued to support families with ongoing needs from previous referrals through our Family Advocacy and Prevention Services programs.
